3) Price and Taxes:

The prices are duly marked on the web, on the sale page of each of the services or products of ESIERRASECURITY. Prices are in dollars (United States) and I reserve the right to offer prices in other currencies for the convenience of my international clients. Even if you are from another country, you can pay in dollars with a debit or credit card without problems. It is a total price that includes taxes, if applicable in each case.

I reserve the right to apply discounts and price changes when I consider appropriate, as well as create discount coupons for promotions, conditions and duration that I consider appropriate.

To issue the invoices correctly I will need the client to fill in the information properly in the payment form.

Invoices are automatically emailed after payment has been made. If you do not receive your invoice, send me an email to e.s@esierrasecurity.com to request it and we will send it manually.

The Gold, Silver, Bronze memberships or others shown on our website have a biweekly, monthly, annual subscription modality as the case may be, which means that the client authorizes us at the time of purchase to charge the fee for automatically every fortnight, month or year, until the client decides to cancel.

If the customer purchases the membership on January 10, the next monthly payment will be automatically charged on February 10, and so on until the customer decides to cancel the subscription. If there is a failed monthly payment, our system will re-enter it three more times within the 1-week period. If it has not been possible to charge, the subscription will finally be canceled. The client will be able to reactivate it by re-targeting the membership from the sales page.

4) Cancellation of subscriptions:

In the specific case of the gold, silver, bronze membership, in its monthly subscription modality: The subscription has no permanence, that means that it is not required to be subscribed for a minimum of certain months. Therefore, the customer can cancel whenever they want. Cancellation must be made a minimum of 24 hours before the next installment passes. Once a fee has been collected, there is no possibility of refunding the money for it.

Once the subscription is canceled, the client will have access to the membership until the last day of the monthly payment they have paid. Then you will no longer have access to products, services.

Again, it is important to request cancellation a minimum of 24 hours before the next installment is charged, to avoid being charged, since cancellations are made manually.

Important: The request for cancellation of the gold suspension or another is not made by email, only by the form that we have indicated in this section. If you send us an email requesting cancellation, it does not count as a cancellation request submitted. 7) Returns and Cancellation Policy:
